Membership is open to everyone who lives, works, or attends school in:

  • Bristol, Barnstable, Dukes, Nantucket, Norfolk, and Plymouth counties in Massachusetts
  • All cities and towns in Rhode Island

In addition, all family members of existing members qualify for membership.

To open a new membership, you’ll need a valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license or state-issued ID,  or a passport, along with your Social Security number, DOB and current address. You will also be asked to provide your occupation, employer information, and your mother’s maiden name.
